The first meeting within the RockChain project

The first transnational meeting within the "RockChain" project took place in Murcia, Spain, on November 22, 2023. During the meeting, international partners defined the initial steps towards establishing a circular economy system in the natural stone market. Representatives from each entity shared innovative ideas regarding the application of Blockchain technology in natural stone production, seeking solutions to promote sustainability and efficiency throughout the process. The meeting laid the foundation for an educational and research approach that will contribute to the sustainable development and transformation of the natural stone industry.
